As part of Europe's largest airline group, carrying over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights, the company seeks enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its dynamic cabin crew family of over 16,000 professionals. No prior experience is required; a strong sense of enthusiasm and team spirit is highly valued. Joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew means becoming an integral part of operations at one of the group's 90+ operational bases. The role is demanding yet rewarding, with safety as the paramount priority. Crew members operate a shift roster, which includes early starts (potentially 5 am) and late finishes (potentially midnight). A key benefit is the fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern.

The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program imparts all fundamental skills necessary for delivering top-class safety and customer service. The course involves study, regular exams, and culminates in Supernumerary flights before achieving Cabin Crew Wings.
