Cabin Crew - Join Europe's Largest Airline Group

The Ryanair Group invites enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join its amazing cabin crew family of over 16,000 professionals. As Europe's largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights and carrying more than 600,000 guests, the company is seeking the next generation of cabin crew to join its teams across 90+ operational bases starting in the Autumn/Winter months.

This entry-level position welcomes candidates with no prior experience, valuing enthusiasm and a strong team spirit. The core role involves delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests on board Ryanair Group aircraft. While the role is rewarding and dynamic, it is also demanding, with safety being the foremost priority. Cabin Crew members are required to operate varied shifts, including early morning duties starting as early as 5 am and late shifts concluding near midnight.

New recruits embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course designed to equip them with all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role. The training includes study, regular exams, Supernumerary flights, culminating in achieving Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements:

Candidates for the Cabin Crew position should meet the following criteria:

• Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
• Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Possesses a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and comfortable working a demanding shift roster.
• Enjoys interacting with the public and demonstrates the ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
• Has a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
