Successful candidates will embark on a rewarding aviation career, flying on board Ryanair Group aircraft. Life as Cabin Crew is vibrant and exciting, offering the chance to travel and explore new cultures. However, it is also a demanding role where safety is the absolute priority. Crew members are required to work variable shifts, including early mornings (reporting from 5 am) and late nights (returning near midnight).
A comprehensive 6-week training course is provided, equipping new crew members with all the fundamental skills necessary for delivering top-class safety and customer service. The training includes regular exams, culminating in Supernumerary flights before achieving Cabin Crew Wings.
The Ryanair Group is committed to the development of its crew members. From day one, individuals are immersed in the company culture with extensive opportunities for career progression, including roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to Inflight Director positions.
Candidates will be invited to attend an In-Person Assessment Day following a review of their application.
