Successful applicants will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering all essential safety and customer service skills. This rigorous training culminates in supervised flights and earning cabin crew wings.

Life as a cabin crew member is dynamic and rewarding, though demanding. The role requires adherence to strict safety protocols and involves operating early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 5 am and finishing as late as midnight. However, it offers unique opportunities for travel and career advancement within the Ryanair Group, with pathways to roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.

Ryanair Group operates from over 90 bases and is recruiting for Autumn/Winter positions.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height must approximately be between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and supporting someone else.
  • Hardworking, flexible, with an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoys interacting with the public and capable of providing excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment successfully.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
