The Role:
The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, including safety procedures and service standards. Training involves regular study and exams, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
As a member of the cabin crew, responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers in accordance with strict regulations.
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the flight.
- Handling passenger inquiries and requests professionally.
- Working effectively as part of a crew team.
- Operating according to a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern.
- Being adaptable to early morning report times (as early as 5 am) and late returns (up to midnight) on varying shift patterns.

Requirements:
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Candidates should be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm) in height.
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is required.
- A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly beneficial.
- Candidates must be adaptable and willing to work a shift roster.
- A genuine enjoyment for dealing with the public and the capability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
