The Cabin Crew role involves being part of a fast-paced team dedicated to ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. Cabin Crew members are responsible for delivering top-class safety protocols and providing excellent customer service throughout each flight. This position requires a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of in-flight service. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The position operates on a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern and requires flexibility with early and late shifts, including reporting for duty as early as 5 am or finishing as late as midnight.
Successful applicants will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, focusing on safety procedures, emergency response, and customer service standards. The training includes regular exams and culminates in supervised 'Supernumerary' flights before individuals are awarded their Cabin Crew Wings.
