Joining the Cabin Crew team involves becoming an integral part of delivering top-class safety and customer service onboard Ryanair Group aircraft. Based at one of the Group's numerous operational bases across Europe, Cabin Crew members operate both early and late shifts, requiring flexibility and adaptability to varying duty times, including early morning starts from 5 am and late returns around midnight. Safety is the number one priority, alongside ensuring a positive travel experience for guests.
New Cabin Crew members undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course. This free, internationally recognised program equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for the role, covering safety procedures, customer service standards, and emergency responses. The training includes regular exams and culminates with Supernumerary flights before earning Cabin Crew Wings. Daily per diem is provided during training.
