Job Description:

The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its cabin crew team. This role is perfect for those passionate about delivering excellent service and seeking fast-track career opportunities within the aviation industry. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal entry point for motivated candidates with strong team spirit.

Successful applicants will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program is designed to equip candidates with all necessary skills to excel in the role, covering essential safety procedures and customer service standards. The training includes regular exams and culminates in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as a Cabin Crew member is rewarding but demanding. Safety is the number one priority, and crew members are required to operate a shift roster, which includes both early mornings (reporting as early as 5 am) and late nights (returning home near midnight). The role involves constant interaction with the public, requiring a flexible and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-class safety and customer service to guests onboard Ryanair Group aircraft.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
  • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Perform duties in accordance with strict safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a diverse and dynamic team.
  • Operate on a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern, including early and late shifts.

Requirements:

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and be able to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Must be approximately between 157 cm (5”2) and 188 cm (6”2) in height.
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Possesses a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoys dealing with the public and demonstrates the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
  • Holds a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
