Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme

Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking enthusiastic candidates for its Future Cabin Crew Programme. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members, delivering exceptional customer service to over 600,000 guests on more than 3,600 flights daily across Ryanair's extensive network of 90+ operational bases.

Flying with Ryanair provides access to exceptional benefits, including unlimited discount travel across 250+ destinations, an industry-leading '5 on 3 off' roster, and a competitive salary package. World-class training is provided free of charge, ensuring crew members are fully prepared for their roles.

No prior experience is required. The comprehensive training courses equip individuals with the fundamental skills necessary to deliver a safe and first-class in-flight experience. Upon completion, new crew members receive their 'Cabin Crew Wings' and are ready to embark on their career in the skies.

Life as Cabin Crew is rewarding and exciting, but also demanding, with safety as the top priority. The role requires operating early and late shifts, including reporting for duty as early as 5 am or returning home as late as midnight. Candidates should be customer-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of enthusiasm.
