This role offers attractive benefits, including discounted staff travel to over 250 destinations, a fixed 5/3 roster pattern, free training, and industry-leading pay.

The initial six-week training program will equip successful candidates with fundamental skills required for delivering top-class safety and customer service. The training involves regular exams and concludes with supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Cabin crew positions are both fun and rewarding; however, they require a high level of commitment to safety. Early and late shifts are required, with early rosters potentially starting at 5 a.m., and late rosters concluding as late as midnight.

Benefits include free internationally recognized cabin crew training, a daily per diem of €28 during training, uncapped sales bonuses, unlimited highly discounted staff travel, a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern, opportunities to explore new cultures and cities, free uniform in the first year and an annual allowance thereafter, and the security of working for a financially stable airline. Contracts may be direct or through an agency, depending on the base.

Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network. Height requirements are between approximately 5’2 (157 cm) and 6’2 (188 cm). Candidates must be able to swim 25 meters unaided. Ideal candidates will be hardworking, flexible, outgoing, friendly, adaptable, comfortable working a shift roster, enjoy interacting with the public, provide excellent customer service with a "can do" attitude, possess strong English communication skills, and have a passion for travel and meeting new people.
