Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its cabin crew team, comprising over 16,000 professionals. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course to develop fundamental safety and customer service skills. This training includes regular exams and concludes with supernumerary flights, leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. Cabin crew members will operate diverse shift patterns, including early morning duties starting as early as 5 am and late shifts extending until midnight.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, flexible, outgoing, possess excellent communication skills in English, have a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for travel and meeting new people. They must be comfortable working a shift roster.
