Cabin Crew
Ryanair, Europe’s Largest Airline Group, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join its extensive network of over 90 operational bases as Cabin Crew members. This is an opportunity to become part of a team exceeding 16,000 professionals who provide exceptional customer service to millions of guests daily across more than 3,600 flights.
The role of Cabin Crew at Ryanair offers numerous advantages, including unlimited discounted travel across a network of over 250 destinations and an industry-leading fixed roster pattern of five days on duty followed by three days off. A highly competitive salary package is provided, complemented by world-leading, complimentary training.
Previous experience is not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training courses are designed to equip new crew members with all the fundamental skills necessary to ensure guest safety and deliver a top-tier inflight experience. Upon successful completion of the training, participants are awarded their ‘Cabin Crew Wings’, signifying readiness to commence flying duties.
Joining the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew family integrates individuals into a dynamic culture with extensive career opportunities. Potential progression paths include roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to become the Director of Inflight.
While being fun and rewarding, the Cabin Crew position is demanding, with safety maintained as the utmost priority. The role requires operating both early and late shifts, potentially reporting for duty as early as 5 am or returning home as late as midnight. This demanding schedule necessitates adaptability and resilience. However, for individuals who are customer-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and possess significant enthusiasm, this presents a fulfilling career path.
