Position Overview:

Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive, world-leading training, provided completely free of charge. This training program equips crew members with all the essential skills to deliver a safe and exceptional in-flight experience. Upon completion of the training, they will be awarded their official "Cabin Crew Wings," signifying their readiness to embark on their flying career.

As a valued member of the cabin crew family, individuals will be immersed in a dynamic culture from day one, with abundant career advancement opportunities available. These opportunities range from progressing to Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to become the next Director of Inflight.

Life as a cabin crew member is both fun and rewarding, though it requires dedication to safety as the primary priority. The role involves operating early and late shifts, requiring reporting for duty as early as 5 am and potentially not returning home until midnight. This role is best suited for individuals who possess a passion for customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess an abundance of enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, ensuring passenger comfort and safety.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Work both early and late shifts as required.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
  • Represent the airline in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the airline's network.
  • Height between approximately 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water.
  • Hardworking, flexible, with an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and willing to work a shift roster.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and able to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A passion for travel and meeting new people.
