Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) is seeking a Lead Flight Attendant for a full-time position in New York City, NY. This role is responsible for leading cabin operations, ensuring exceptional passenger experiences, and coordinating service delivery in a high-demand private aviation environment.
About the Role
The Lead Flight Attendant serves as the primary cabin authority for assigned trips, accountable for the execution of service, coordination within the cabin, and the overall passenger experience. This position requires hands-on leadership, ensuring consistent and controlled service delivery that aligns with established standards across various trip profiles. The Lead Flight Attendant translates passenger needs and trip requirements into actionable service plans, manages cabin operations dynamically, and provides real-time guidance and mentorship to flight attendants.
Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in Part 91 private aviation.

Demonstrated experience supporting UHNW passengers in high-demand environments.

Completion of formal corporate flight attendant training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent).

Current safety certifications including CPR, AED, and First Aid.

Advanced capability in culinary execution, menu planning, and onboard preparation. Formal or practical culinary training is preferred.

Advanced experience in provisioning strategy, including managing multiple service options.

Strong working knowledge of cabin systems, galley operations, and aircraft-specific service environments.

Proven ability to lead cabin operations and direct other flight attendants in real time.

Experience coordinating with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders.

Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.

Valid driver’s license and reliable access to transportation.

Ability to support short-notice and priority trips.

Ability to operate on a flexible, on-demand schedule, including high-priority assignments.

High level of discretion, judgment, and execution discipline.
Qualifications

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, split days off, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment.

Willingness and ability to perform the duties required of a 14 CFR Part 121 Flight Attendant while in flight.

Ability to travel and work on-site in an office environment.

Willingness to relocate to Long Island, NY.
