Position Summary
PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines, is seeking a professional Flight Attendant to contribute to safe and efficient flight operations. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of customer service and safety, embodying "The PSA Way" through teamwork, reliability, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flights from planning through termination.

Ensure compliance with all FAR, TSA, and DOT regulations, as well as internal company policies.

Perform preflight inspections of all cabin emergency equipment in accordance with the Inflight Manual.

Report mechanical discrepancies promptly to the Captain.

Maintain clear communication regarding passenger safety perceptions.

Uphold high standards of crew coordination and professional conduct while on duty.

Complete all required records and reports accurately.

Actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and safety assurance protocols.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Completion of college education OR 2 years of customer service experience.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Minimum age of 20 years.

Must possess a valid US or foreign passport with applicable VISAs.

Height requirements: Minimum 5 ft 2 in to maximum 6 ft (measured with shoes).

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Ability to relocate or commute to the assigned domicile.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role operates primarily within an aircraft cabin. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. The role requires the frequent use of hands and arms for reaching and handling equipment. Candidates must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) and a pre-employment drug screen.
