Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Captain in all phases of flight operations.
- Adherence to all applicable FARs, TSA, DOT regulations, company procedures, and policies.
- Completion of all assigned duties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conducting pre-flight inspections of cabin emergency equipment.
- Promptly reporting any mechanical discrepancies.
- Communicating safety concerns to the Captain.
- Maintaining professional crew coordination.
- Providing courteous and efficient service to passengers.
- Completing required records and reports.
- Compliance with the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS).
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College education or two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- Ability to relocate/commute to the assigned domicile.
- Height between 5 feet 2 inches and 6 feet (with shoes).
- Valid US or foreign passport with applicable visas.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
