Purpose of Position
The Lead Inflight Training Ground Instructor is responsible for delivering comprehensive classroom and hands-on training to new and experienced Flight Attendants. This position teaches essential skills, including safety and emergency procedures, service standards, and Crew Resource Management (CRM). This role requires in-depth knowledge of safety regulations and plays a vital part in ensuring all Flight Attendants are well-prepared to provide the exceptional safety and customer service that define NetJets standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Instruct comprehensive training courses for new hire Flight Attendants.
- Conduct all recurrent and ongoing training for current Flight Attendants.
- Assist in the development and refinement of training course materials.
- Work alongside and collaborate with other Lead Course Instructors to ensure program excellence.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience is required.
- Knowledge and Skills: Proven instructing and teaching experience is essential.
