Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) seeks a highly skilled and experienced Flight Attendant to provide exceptional service and unwavering safety to its clientele. This part-time position demands a professional with a proven track record of delivering first-class service to high-profile individuals, adhering to the highest standards of safety and decorum, and aligning with FAA CFRs and ICAO Standards.
Responsibilities:
The Flight Attendant will be an integral member of the flight crew, responsible for ensuring passenger comfort and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Active participation in MSG's Safety Management System.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of MSG Aviation's Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- Preparing and maintaining the aircraft cabin to a flight-ready standard.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all cabin systems, including berthing/seating, connectivity, entertainment, environmental control, galley, lavatory, and telephony systems.
- Planning menus, procuring provisions, and providing superior food and beverage service.
- Maintaining an immaculate, inviting, and organized cabin and galley environment throughout the flight.
- Proactively anticipating and fulfilling passenger requests.
- Vetting food and beverage suppliers to guarantee the highest quality and safety standards.
- Assisting in inventory management, emphasizing automation and cost efficiency.
- Performing additional duties as assigned, including procurement of supplies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Three to seven years of global flight attendant experience, catering to high-net-worth individuals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a strong emotional quotient (EQ) and commanding presence.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in culinary arts, food safety, beverage selection and management, menu planning, and presentation.
- Advanced culinary and beverage training.
- Formal flight attendant training certification.
- Current safety training, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and general emergency response.
- A valid U.S. passport without foreign entry/exit restrictions, along with necessary visas and work permits.
- A Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle, appropriately insured, to accommodate flexible client and driving assignments.
Special Requirements:
Flexibility is essential, requiring availability for a diverse schedule including nights, split days off, weekends, and holidays within a 24/7 operational environment.
Compensation: $1,200 - $1,200 USD
