Job Overview

Central Airlines China, a dynamic and rapidly expanding cargo operator, is actively seeking experienced Boeing type-rated Captains to operate its B777F fleet. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Haikou, Hainan, the airline benefits from its strategic location within China’s 4th Free Trade Zone, offering significant policy and tax advantages. Key Responsibilities

Pilots will operate Central Airlines China's B777F fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations. Specific responsibilities will align with the role of a Captain on a modern cargo aircraft.

Contract and Compensation

This role offers an attractive, renewable contract of three to five years. The annual package exceeds 1 million RMB. Pilots have the flexibility to choose between two roster options to suit their personal needs: 10 consecutive days off per month, or 6 days off per month combined with annual leave.

Minimum Requirements

Currently rated on the B777/B787 is preferred.
For Non-Type Rated (NTR) positions, other Boeing type ratings (B737NG/MAX, B747, B757, B767) will be considered.
Minimum 1,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on Boeing aircraft.
Minimum 5,000 total flight hours.
Must have operated as Commander on the relevant type within the last 6 months.
Maximum age: 55 for B777 pilots; 50 for NTR pilots.
Valid ATPL issued by a country with diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China (PRC).
Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
Valid passport from a country with diplomatic relations with the PRC.
No history of aviation incidents or accidents.
No criminal record.
ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
