On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Cabin Crew Training Manager to join on a permanent basis. As the Cabin Crew Training Manager, you will be responsible and manage all aspects of cabin crew related training.

Responsibilities

Being responsible for the cabin crew training internal recruitment

Acting as team leader of UK Trainers
-
Line management of the cabin crew training team, including line trainers, instructors and all personnel involved in crew training on behalf of Crew Training Manager
-
To ensure that cabin crew standard operating procedures comply with relevant aviation regulations and requirements in particular, with the terms and conditions laid down in the company AOC

Define and oversee cabin crew training strategy implementation

Define and monitor training KPI’s

Provide inputs for the training budget and monitoring of its execution

In conjunction with trainers and Chief Cabin Crew, is responsible for issues relating to company operating procedures and cabin crew checking, including, but not limited to:

Standardization and monitoring of cabin crew training and checking

Maintenance of cabin crew training records under the terms of the AOC
-
Amending of training programs, examination rules and proficiency checks, in line with changes in regulations and/or AOC relevant aviation law

Advice or assist changes on CAM

To act as liaison with the Authority to apply, monitor and follow up regulatory requirements

Establish, maintain, revise, and distribute Cabin crew related OM Part D by order of Crew Training Manager

Monitoring all training plan ensuring that all theoretical and practical training is scheduled to all crew members, when required and at intervals as appropriate

Organization of the training of appointed personnel to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to enable them to conduct all training tasks
Education and Experience:
-
Minimum bachelor degree in Training or relevant field;

Comprehensive knowledge of:
-
Applicable EU and UK CAA safety regulations and associated requirements

The AOC holders operations specification
-
The need for and content of relevant parts of the AOC holders OPS manual
-
Familiarity with management systems preferably in the area of aviation
-
Appropriate management experience, preferably in a comparable organization

The Cabin Crew Training Manager should have a thorough knowledge of the AOC holder’s crew training concept for cabin crew
-
Experience in a multi-cultural, international organization
