Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is highly competitive and is determined based on the applicant’s experience and credentials. The projected annual salary range is:
- $60,000 to $78,000 per annum
Essential Operational Qualifications
Candidates applying for the First Officer position must strictly meet the following flight time and licensing criteria:
- A minimum of 500 hours of total flight time is required.
- Possession of a valid Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Instrument Rating Air Transport (IATRA) certificate.
- A current Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate must be maintained.
