A premier corporate aviation management organization is actively seeking a highly qualified First Officer to join their multi-pilot Gulfstream G700 account. This challenging and rewarding opportunity involves operating under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations and is strategically based in Oxford, Connecticut (OXC).
While Captain candidates holding a current Gulfstream Type Rating (G700 or G650) are strongly preferred, non-typed Pilots-In-Command (PICs) demonstrating exceptional experience and strong qualifications are also encouraged to apply. To ensure seamless operational availability, successful applicants must currently reside within a two-hour drivable commute distance of the Oxford, CT base, or be fully willing to relocate immediately to satisfy this critical requirement.
The selected professional will benefit from a highly competitive and upgraded compensation structure. The comprehensive benefits package features a fully paid medical and healthcare plan, alongside a generous matching 401(k) retirement program, emphasizing the organization's commitment to employee well-being.
All applicants must successfully pass a stringent pre-employment background check and a mandated DOT/FAA drug screening. The position requires compliance with and submission to random drug and alcohol testing protocols as dictated by regulatory requirements.
The application process necessitates providing full, legible, color copies (both sides) of all current FAA certificates, including the Airman Certificate and Medical Certificate, along with the completion of a required disclosure form.
