First Officer (703/704 Operations)

Responsibilities
The First Officer's primary responsibility encompasses the comprehensive management and safe execution of flight operations. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operating aircraft in strict adherence to all Transport Canada regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers, crew, and aircraft throughout every phase of flight.
- Ensuring a comfortable, professional, and positive experience for all passengers.
- Contributing actively to the achievement of company on-time performance objectives.
- Collaborating effectively with the Captain and the entire flight crew to foster a cooperative and safe operational environment.
Required Qualifications
Prospective candidates must possess the following mandatory qualifications:
- Completion of IATRA or SARON/SAMRA Examinations.
- A valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot Licence.
- A current and valid Group 1 Instrument Rating.
- A valid Category 1 Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 1000 hours total flight time.
Candidate Profile and Essential Attributes
The ideal First Officer candidate will also demonstrate:
- Fluency in English, encompassing both written and verbal communication.
- Proven effective verbal communication and listening comprehension skills.
- The ability to successfully obtain and maintain all applicable transportation and security clearances and authorizations required for the role.
Desirable Asset
- Completion of Indigenous Cultural Awareness training is considered a valuable asset.
