Key Responsibilities

• Manages the entire pilot recruitment lifecycle, encompassing comprehensive sourcing, diligent screening, structured interviewing, and efficient offer management, ensuring a seamless and consistently positive candidate experience.
• Develops and implements innovative, targeted recruitment strategies designed to attract highly qualified aviation professionals from diverse backgrounds and across various experience levels.
• Cultivates and maintains robust relationships with prospective pilot candidates, leading flight schools, influential industry associations, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conducts thorough assessments, in-depth interviews, and meticulous background checks in strict adherence to aviation regulatory requirements, company standards, and best practices.
• Collaborates effectively and proactively with flight operations management to accurately ascertain staffing needs, anticipate evolving candidate profiles, and respond to dynamic market trends.
• Ensures all recruitment activities are conducted in full compliance with relevant employment law and internal corporate policies, thereby promoting fair, equitable, and transparent hiring practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A proven and substantial track record in human resources, with significant expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably acquired within the dynamic aviation or aerospace sectors.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for highly specialized technical roles, with direct and verifiable experience in pilot recruitment considered a distinct and significant asset.
• A solid understanding of aviation industry standards, critical regulatory requirements, and specific pilot qualifications (e.g., ATPL, type ratings, flight hours) is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, sophisticated negotiation, and exemplary interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.
