Key Responsibilities
- Manages the entire pilot recruitment lifecycle, encompassing comprehensive sourcing, diligent screening, structured interviewing, and efficient offer management, ensuring a seamless and consistently positive candidate experience.
- Develops and implements innovative, targeted recruitment strategies designed to attract highly qualified aviation professionals from diverse backgrounds and across various experience levels.
- Cultivates and maintains robust relationships with prospective pilot candidates, leading flight schools, influential industry associations, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conducts thorough assessments, in-depth interviews, and meticulous background checks in strict adherence to aviation regulatory requirements, company standards, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience
