Role Overview

The Human Resources professional will be responsible for a comprehensive range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant aviation industry regulations and employment laws. This position plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment for all Summit Air personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's vision.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various aviation-specific roles.
  • Providing guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Overseeing onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensuring adherence to labor laws and aviation industry standards.
  • Contributing to the development of training and development programs.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in Human Resources, with a demonstrable understanding of the unique demands of the aviation sector. Proven experience in a similar role is highly valued.
