First Officer Position at Cargojet
Cargojet, Canada's leading provider of time-sensitive overnight air cargo services, seeks a highly skilled and motivated First Officer to join its dynamic team. As a First Officer at Cargojet, you will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our all-cargo aircraft fleet, while playing a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of essential goods across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Captain in all aspects of flight planning, preparation, and management, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Execute take-offs and landings under the direct supervision and authority of the Captain.
- Perform other duties as delegated by the Captain.
- Assume responsibility of the flight in the event of the Captain's incapacitation.
Qualifications:
- ATPL or CPL/Multi-IFR with IATRA written
- 1500 hours total time, including 500 hours multi-turbine
- Completion of secondary school and graduation from a certified flying or aviation school.
- A commercial pilot's licence or an air transport pilot's licence.
- English Language Proficiency level 4 of ICAO's language proficiency rating scale.
