About the Role

The Challenger 300 Captain will operate as a key member of the flight crew, supporting a dynamic Part 91/135 schedule. The position requires a pilot who not only maintains the highest operational standards but also possesses an approachable, positive, and customer-focused demeanor. The operation places a strong emphasis on rigorous professionalism, continuous training, strict adherence to regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and supportive flying culture.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet the following essential requirements:

• Possess an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings.
• Hold a current First Class Medical certificate.
• Be Type Rated in the CL-30 (required).
• Accumulate a minimum of 3000 hours Total Flight Time.
• Include at least 500 hours of Multi-Engine time.
• Include at least 500 hours of Turbine time.
• Possess a minimum of 300 hours Time in Type (CL-30).
• Demonstrate experience operating under 14 CFR Part 135 within the last 6 years.
• Maintain residency within a two-hour commute of the base location.
• Hold current authorization to work in the United States.

Schedule

The operational schedule is structured to support a favorable work-life balance, typically involving:
