Part 135 Captain / Corporate Jet Pilot

Job Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Part 135 Captain to join a dynamic team operating under a combined Part 135 and co-ownership program. The role features an attractive 7/7 work schedule with built-in flexibility, ensuring pilots are not subjected to a continuous 24/7 on-call status. A significant advantage of this role is that the majority of assigned trips return to base on the same day, thereby minimizing overnight stays. Furthermore, pilots benefit from avoiding commercial airline travel to their trip's starting point, enhancing convenience and reducing travel fatigue.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this distinguished position must possess an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with an Aircraft Multi-Engine Land (AMEL) rating, coupled with a current First Class Medical Certificate. A minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time is required, including at least 1,500 hours of Turbine Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time. Applicants must also hold a valid Driver's License, an unrestricted US Passport, and an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit. The ability to travel unrestricted to Canada, Mexico, and all Caribbean countries is essential. An impeccable safety record is paramount, necessitating no incidents, accidents, or FAA sanctions within the last five years. The role also requires the physical capability to safely lift 50-75 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess a CE-525 PIC type rating with a minimum of 250 hours in type. Preference will also be given to pilots with 2,500 hours of multi-engine flight experience and demonstrated proficiency in the ProLine 21 Avionics Suite. Previous operational experience in either Part 121 or Part 135 environments is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Bonus Opportunity

A significant bonus opportunity is available to qualified candidates who meet specific criteria. To achieve bonus eligibility, applicants must first receive insurance approval to act as PIC after successfully completing 25 hours of Jet OUT Captain Operating Experience (OE). Additionally, candidates must already hold a PIC CE-525 type rating and successfully complete initial training.
