Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member
The Cabin Crew member will be responsible for:
- Creating memorable experiences onboard by providing Jet2.com's renowned friendly customer service. This includes delivering high-quality care, first aid assistance, and general passenger support.
- Confidently promoting and delivering sales of the selection of in-flight products through exceptional service.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring the paramount safety and security of all customers and colleagues on every flight, remaining diligently updated with company communications and procedures.
- Working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team with fellow Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues, offering mutual support in all operational situations.
Candidate Requirements
While previous experience in an aviation job is not a prerequisite, Jet2.com is seeking individuals who demonstrate the following attributes:

Contract Details & Essential Criteria
These Cabin Crew opportunities are offered on a full-time, Fixed Term contract until November 2026. Operating within a 24/7 environment, the role requires flexibility for varied working hours, including very early starts and late finishes.
To operate as Cabin Crew, candidates must:
- Hold a current UK/EU passport with the required validity.
- Be able to provide full references covering the last five years.
- Pass satisfactory criminal record checks.
- Comply with all required medical and health and safety regulations, including the ability to continually fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and satisfy specific reach requirements.
Training
To prepare for a successful career with this award-winning airline, successful candidates will be required to complete a CAA approved 4-week unpaid training course. This comprehensive course, held local to the designated base, provides all essential skills and knowledge to excel in the Cabin Crew role.
