Jet2.com is seeking dedicated individuals to join its esteemed Cabin Crew team at Bristol Airport. This pivotal role involves ensuring the utmost safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences for passengers, providing high-quality care, including first aid and general assistance.
- Proactively promote and sell onboard products through confident and excellent service delivery.
- Uphold the safety and security of all passengers and crew members on every flight, staying current with all company communications and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues, fostering a supportive team environment.
Candidate Profile:
While prior experience is not a prerequisite, prospective candidates will demonstrate the following attributes:

Contract Details and Requirements:
These full-time opportunities are offered on a Fixed Term contract basis until November 2026. Due to the 24/7 nature of the operation, working hours will vary weekly, including early mornings and late evenings.
Essential requirements for this role include:
- A valid UK/EU passport with the necessary duration of validity.
- The ability to provide comprehensive references covering the last five years.
- Satisfactory completion of criminal record checks.
- Compliance with all mandatory medical and health and safety regulations, including the ability to fasten a safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and meet specified reach requirements.
Successful candidates will undertake a CAA-approved, four-week unpaid training course, provided locally to the base, to equip them with the essential skills for a career with Jet2.com.
