Jet2.com is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join its Cabin Crew team at Luton Airport. This vital role ensures the utmost safety, comfort, and satisfaction for all customers onboard its aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service to create memorable experiences for passengers, including providing first aid and general assistance.
- Engage customers and drive sales by confidently promoting a range of onboard products through outstanding service.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and security for customers and colleagues on every flight, staying current with all company communications and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues, fostering a supportive and cohesive team environment in all operational situations.
Candidate Profile
While previous experience is not a prerequisite, ideal candidates will demonstrate the following attributes:

Opportunities are available on a full-time, Fixed Term contract basis until November 2026. Due to the 24/7 nature of operations, working hours will vary weekly and include early starts and late finishes.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid UK/EU passport with sufficient validity, provide comprehensive references for the past five years, and successfully pass all required criminal record checks.
Candidates must also be medically fit and able to comply with all health and safety regulations. This includes the ability to consistently fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and meet specified reach requirements.
A mandatory, CAA-approved, four-week unpaid training course is required to prepare successful candidates for their role. This comprehensive program, held locally to the base, equips individuals with the essential skills for a rewarding career with Jet2.com.
