Key Responsibilities
- Create memorable customer experiences through the provision of Jet2.com's signature friendly service, including delivering high-quality passenger assistance and first aid.
- Engage customers and drive onboard sales by confidently promoting a selection of in-flight products.
- Uphold the safety and security of all passengers and colleagues on every flight, remaining current with all company communications and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues, fostering a supportive and cohesive team environment.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
While previous cabin crew experience is not a prerequisite, candidates should demonstrate the following qualities:

Contract and Operational Details
These full-time opportunities are offered on a Fixed Term contract concluding in November 2026. Due to the airline's 24/7 operational nature, working hours will fluctuate weekly, incorporating very early starts and late finishes.
Essential requirements for operating as Cabin Crew include:
- Possession of a current UK/EU passport with the requisite validity.
- The ability to provide complete references for the preceding five years.
- Satisfactory criminal record checks.
- Compliance with all mandated medical and health and safety regulations, including the consistent ability to fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and meet specified reach requirements.
A comprehensive, CAA-approved, four-week unpaid training course will be provided at no upfront cost to prepare successful candidates for a rewarding career with this award-winning airline. This essential training, conducted locally to the base, will equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
