Role Responsibilities:
- Create Memorable Experiences: Deliver Jet2.com's renowned friendly customer service, providing high-quality care including first aid and general passenger assistance to ensure every journey is memorable.
- Drive Sales: Proactively promote and sell a selection of in-flight products and services with confidence, enhancing the customer experience and achieving sales targets.
- Ensure Safety and Security: Uphold the highest standards of safety and security for all customers and colleagues on every flight, remaining current with all company communications and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with fellow Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment to assist each other in all operational situations.
Candidate Requirements:
While previous Cabin Crew experience is not a prerequisite, Jet2.com is actively seeking individuals who possess the following attributes:

Contract Details:
These Cabin Crew positions are offered on a full-time, Fixed Term contract basis until November 2026. The airline's 24/7 operation necessitates varied working hours each week, including early morning starts and late evening finishes.
Essential Qualifications and Compliance:
- Must possess a current UK/EU passport with the required validity.
- Ability to provide full employment and personal references for the past 5 years.
- Satisfactory completion of criminal record checks.
- Must comply with all required medical and health and safety regulations.
- Must be continuously able to fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and meet specified reach requirements.
Training:
Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive, CAA-approved 4-week unpaid training course, held locally to their base. This essential training equips individuals with the skills and knowledge required to excel as Cabin Crew for Jet2.com.
