Pilot in Command – Challenger 300

Jet Linx is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command for our Super Midsize jet aircraft to support Part 91 and 135 flight operations. The ideal candidate resides, or is willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out time of the aircraft base.
Position Summary
The Pilot in Command (PIC) reports to the Base Chief Pilot. The PIC is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in strict accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Minimum Flight Requirements

Total Flight Time: 3500 hours

Turbine Time: 1000 hours

Essential Functions
-
Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company and CFR requirements.

Maintain consistent communication for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and reporting.

Manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.

Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals remain current.

Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.

Exercise proactive decision-making and uphold Jet Linx core values in all professional interactions.
Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Current ATP (or ability to obtain).

1st Class Medical and FCC Restricted Radio License.

Current passport with unrestricted ability to travel to EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.

Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a FAA Pilot Record Database review and a pre-employment drug screen.

Preferred: Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months.

Physical ability to work in and around aircraft terminals and move up to 50 pounds frequently.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx offers a comprehensive compensation package. The starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $245,000, determined by geographic location, aircraft size, education, and relevant experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 6% company match, paid time off, and company-paid life and short-term disability coverage.
