Minimum Required Qualifications and Certifications
Prospective Captains must hold the following certifications and meet strict compliance standards:
- License Requirement: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Issuing Authority: Open to FAA License Holders.
- Medical Certificate: Current FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Type Rating: A Type Rating relevant to the fleet is strictly required.
- Preferred Training: Initial or Recurrent Part 142 training in type, completed within the last 24 months, is highly desirable.

Essential Professional and Operational Requirements
Beyond technical flight experience, the candidate must demonstrate robust professional competency and adherence to all operational mandates:
- Ability to secure and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Possession of a current, unrestricted passport.
- Possession of an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (Radio License).
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and agree to submit to random drug and alcohol testing as required by regulatory guidelines.
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally to all EU, Canadian, and Caribbean countries.
- Successful completion and release of data following an FAA Pilot Record Database (PRD) review, as authorized by a System Chief Pilot.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, commensurate with the demands of an on-demand aviation schedule.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent verifiable work experience is required.
