Job Summary
Jet Linx is actively seeking an experienced and highly qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for its Phenom 300 light jet aircraft. This full-time position supports both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Base Chief Pilot and be responsible for preparing and executing the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, strictly adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and established company procedures. This role is regional home-based, requiring the PIC to have consistent daily access to Denver, Colorado, via multiple non-stop, direct flights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage duty, flight, and rest periods in strict compliance with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintain proactive communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and timely submission of pre- and post-flight reports.
- Efficiently manage Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and applications, ensuring operational readiness.
- Verify the currency of all navigation charts, aviation publications, and company manuals.
- Maintain a current FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- Exhibit strong, proactive decision-making capabilities in all operational scenarios.

Minimum Qualifications
- Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 hours
- Total Time in Type (Phenom 300): 250 hours
- PIC Time in Type (Phenom 300): 250 hours
- Total Multi-Engine Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours
- Total Turbine Time: 500 hours
- Total Instrument Time: 300 hours
Additional Requirements
- Possession of a current Air Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or the ability to obtain one.
- A current FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- An FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. driver's license.
- Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
- A valid, current passport.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and willingness to submit to random drug/alcohol testing as required.
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally, including to Canada and Caribbean countries.
- Ability to release and successfully pass an FAA Pilot Record Database (PRD) review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Initial or recurrent FAA Part 142 training in Phenom 300 type within the last 24 months is highly preferred.
- Ability to frequently move up to 50 pounds, with work predominantly conducted in and around aircraft and airport terminals.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx provides a comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits package. The starting annual base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $182,500, with actual compensation determined by geographic location, aircraft type, and the candidate's relevant education, training, and experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with a 6% company match; paid time off; and company-paid life and short-term disability coverage.
