Pilot in Command (PIC), Phenom 300 (Regional Home-Based)
Overview
Jet Linx, a leading private aviation company, is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) candidates for their Phenom 300 light jet fleet. This full-time, regional home-based position requires the successful candidate to have readily available access to multiple non-stop, direct flights to Denver, Colorado, on a daily basis. The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and is entrusted with ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company aircraft for both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Pilot in Command will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Managing flight, duty, and rest periods meticulously, adhering to both Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company-specific procedures.
- Maintaining consistent communication with company dispatch and operations for standby assignments, trip notifications, position reports, and pre- and post-flight documentation.
- Proficiently managing and updating electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
- Ensuring all navigation charts, aviation publications, and company operational manuals are current and readily accessible.
- Upholding a current FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- Exercising strong, proactive decision-making skills in all operational scenarios.

Minimum Flight Hour Requirements
Candidates must meet the following minimum flight experience criteria:
- Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 hours
- Total Time in Type (Phenom 300): 250 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time in Type (Phenom 300): 250 hours
- Total Multi-Engine Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 500 hours
- Total Turbine Time: 500 hours
- Total Instrument Time: 300 hours
Other Essential Qualifications
- Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or the immediate ability to obtain one.
- A current FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- An FCC Restricted Radio License.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Possession of a current, valid passport with unrestricted travel capability to Canada and Caribbean countries.
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug and alcohol testing as required.
- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive FAA Pilot Record Database (PRD) review with the System Chief Pilot.
- Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational demands require.
- Initial or Recurrent 142 training in Phenom 300 type within the last 24 months is highly preferred.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- The majority of work is performed within and around aircraft and airport terminal environments.
- Ability to frequently move and lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits

The starting base annual salary for this Pilot in Command position ranges from $140,000 to $182,500. The final base salary is determined by factors such as geographic location, specific aircraft size (for crew positions), and the candidate's relevant education, training, and experience.
