Pilot in Command – Phenom 300
Jet Linx is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced Pilot in Command candidates for its Phenom 300 Light jet aircraft fleet. This full-time position is based in Denver, CO, and involves both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. Ideal candidates should possess reliable access to multiple non-stop, direct flights to Denver on a daily basis, facilitating efficient operational readiness.
Position Summary
The Pilot in Command (PIC) holds a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot. This position is responsible for the comprehensive preparation and meticulous execution of safe and efficient flight operations, strictly adhering to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and established company procedures. The PIC ensures the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence for every flight.
Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 3500 hours
- Total PIC: 2000 hours
- Total Time in Type (Phenom 300): 250 hours
- Total PIC Time in Type (Phenom 300): 250 hours
- Total Multi-Engine: 1500 hours
- Total Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
- Total Turbine: 500 hours
- Total Instrument: 300 hours
Essential Functions
The Pilot in Command's core responsibilities include:
- Diligently managing duty, flight, and rest times in strict accordance with both company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintaining continuous and proactive communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and comprehensive pre- and post-flight reports.
- Proficiently maintaining and managing electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensuring all navigation charts, aviation publications, and company manuals are consistently current and readily accessible.
- Holding and maintaining a current 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- Demonstrating strong, proactive, and effective decision-making skills in all operational scenarios.

Additional Requirements
- Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Possession of a current passport.
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate; candidates with the ability to obtain an ATP within a specified timeframe may be considered.
- Current 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- Possession of an FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and willingness to submit to random drug/alcohol testing as required by regulations and company policy.
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally to Canada and Caribbean countries.
- Ability to successfully clear and pass an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as operational demands require.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- The majority of work is performed in and around aircraft and aircraft terminals.
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
Compensation and Benefits

The starting base annual salary for this esteemed position ranges from $140,000 to $182,500, with actual compensation determined by geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), and the candidate's relevant education, training, and experience.
