Pilot in Command – Phenom 300

Employment Type: Full-Time – Regional Home-based

Position Summary

Jet Linx is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for Phenom 300 light jet aircraft to support Part 91 and 135 flight operations. Reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot, the PIC is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures. Candidates must have access to multiple non-stop, direct flights to major U.S. hubs daily.

Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 3,500 hours
  • Total PIC: 2,000 hours
  • Total Time in Type: 250 hours
  • Total PIC Time in Type: 250 hours
  • Total Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
  • Total Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
  • Total Turbine: 500 hours
  • Total Instrument: 300 hours

Essential Functions

  • Manage duty, flight, and rest times in accordance with company requirements and CFRs.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty, trip notifications, position calls, and reporting.
  • Oversee Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and software applications.
  • Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals remain current.
  • Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.
  • Exercise proactive decision-making and represent Jet Linx core values in all professional interactions.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • ATP certificate (or ability to obtain).
  • 1st Class Medical and FCC Restricted Radio License.
  • Current passport and unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.
  • Successful completion of an FAA Pilot Record Database (PRD) review.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (including testing for marijuana, cocaine, opiates, PCP, and amphetamines) and participate in random drug/alcohol testing.
  • Physical capacity to lift/move up to 50 pounds; work environment includes aircraft and terminal facilities.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Jet Linx provides a competitive compensation package, with a starting base annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $182,500, commensurate with geographic location, aircraft specifications, education, training, and experience.
