Pilot in Command – Phenom 300

Jet Linx is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Pilot in Command (PIC) for Phenom 300 light jet aircraft to support Part 91 and 135 flight operations. Candidates must have access to multiple non-stop, direct flights to major U.S. hubs daily.
Position Summary
The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot. The PIC is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with all Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Essential Functions

Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company and CFR requirements.

Maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and flight reporting.

Manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.

Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals remain current.

Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.

Exercise proactive decision-making and uphold Jet Linx core values in all professional interactions.
Minimum Requirements

Total Time: 3,500 hours

Total PIC Time: 2,000 hours

Total Time in Type: 250 hours

Total PIC Time in Type: 250 hours

Total Multi-Engine Time: 1,500 hours

Total Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours

Total Turbine Time: 500 hours

Total Instrument Time: 300 hours
Professional Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

ATP certificate (or ability to obtain).

1st Class Medical certificate.
-
FCC Restricted Radio License.

Current passport and ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries without restriction.

Valid U.S. driver's license.

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a FAA Pilot Record Database review.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in random drug/alcohol testing programs.

Preference given to candidates with initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Capability to frequently move up to 50 pounds; work performed primarily in and around aircraft and aircraft terminals.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation package with a starting base annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $182,500, contingent upon geographic location, aircraft size, and the candidate’s education, training, and experience. Benefits include:
