Position Summary

PROENERGY is seeking a professional Corporate Pilot to join our flight department. This role provides safe, high-touch air transportation for executive leadership and guests. The successful candidate will operate as part of a collaborative crew, alternating between Captain and First Officer duties on the Phenom 300 aircraft. This position reports to the SVP of Aviation Services and is based at 2001 Proenergy Blvd, Sedalia, MO 65301.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Second-in-Command (SIC) for domestic and international flights in compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.
  • Execute thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel requirements, weight and balance, and performance calculations.
  • Participate in the company Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure proactive risk mitigation.
  • Deliver a premium, "white-glove" passenger experience, including catering coordination, baggage handling, and ground transportation support.
  • Maintain aircraft cleanliness and airworthiness in coordination with maintenance personnel.
  • Manage administrative duties, including flight logs, expense reports, training records, and data entry.
  • Perform ground support tasks such as towing aircraft/equipment and maintaining hangar facility grounds.

Required Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent corporate aviation experience.
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land rating.
  • Current FAA 1st or 2nd Class Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum 3,000 hours total time, including 1,000 hours PIC and 500 hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft.
  • Minimum 1,800 hours Total Time ASEL and 1,000 hours TTAMEL.
  • Clean FAA record with no history of accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions.
  • Valid U.S. Passport with unrestricted international travel capability.
  • Fluent in English (speak, read, and write).
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb in/out of aircraft, and sit for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%, often on short notice.
  • Residency (or willingness to relocate) within one hour of Sedalia, MO (KDMO).
  • Eligibility for a TSA/Airport-issued AOA or SIDA security badge.
  • U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship provided).
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Desired Qualifications

  • Current Phenom 300 type rating.
  • Experience in Part 91 or Part 135 corporate flight operations.
  • Proficiency with modern avionics (Garmin G3000, Honeywell Primus), ForeFlight, and Jeppesen charts.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, discretion, and ability to work with executive leadership.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
