VIP Flight Attendant

Jet Aviation Staffing seeks a dedicated and experienced VIP Flight Attendant to join a dynamic Part 91 Flight Department in the Los Angeles, California area. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to provide exceptional service to the principal and passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort during flight while traveling to destinations worldwide. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team within a stable company that values its members.

Responsibilities:

The VIP Flight Attendant delivers exceptional personal service to guarantee passenger safety and comfort during flight. Duties include greeting passengers and assisting with their belongings, explaining the use of safety equipment, and providing high-quality food and beverage service. In the event of an emergency, the Flight Attendant will direct and assist passengers. They are responsible for verifying the operational status of first aid kits and emergency equipment, securing the cabin per federal regulations before takeoff and landing, and administering basic first aid as needed.

Additional responsibilities include reassuring passengers during turbulence, assisting with boarding and deboarding, and identifying passengers needing special assistance. The Flight Attendant will conduct preflight briefings and ensure adequate supplies are onboard. They will facilitate and manage VIP requests for food and drinks, procure requested items, and prepare food for passengers and crew. Post-flight duties include inspecting, cleaning, and stocking the cabin, galley, and lavatories. The Flight Attendant ensures the aircraft is always flight-ready, completes necessary paperwork, and conducts cabin checks to maintain passenger comfort and cleanliness. Operation of audio and video systems is also required.

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
• First Aid Training Certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
• Flight attendant specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs or similar preferred. Annual recurrent training is required. Candidates without formal flight attendant training may be considered based on other qualifications, but must attend initial flight attendant training course prior to flight assignment. Preference shown to candidates who have completed FlightSafety, FACTs or similar training within the past 12 months.

• Ability to manage a constantly changing schedule and late-night flights.
• Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide.
• Proficiency in operating all features of the Cabin Management Systems.
• Proficiency in operating all galley equipment.
• Proficiency in operating all cabin features, including berthing seats and divan configuration.
