Role Summary

The Flight Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and comfortable travel experience for all passengers. This role demands a commitment to safety, a genuine hospitality spirit, and a strong understanding of both inflight service duties and emergency procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and approachable demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and fellow employees. This position is represented by a union.

Key Responsibilities

Training Requirements

Successful candidates will undergo four weeks of paid training in Portland, OR.

Tattoo Policy

Visible tattoos are restricted on the face, front of neck, and chest. One tattoo the size of a quarter or smaller is permitted per hand. Tattoos in other areas cannot exceed the size of a credit card and must not be offensive. Employees may have one tattoo per arm, leg, foot, back of neck, or behind each ear. Tattoos on the back of neck and behind ears are only allowed if they are not visible when looking directly at the individual. Tattoos may be covered with uniform pieces or approved jewelry/watches; makeup is not permitted for this purpose.

Required Qualifications

Airport SIDA Badge Requirements

Employees working at an airport or maintenance hangar are required to obtain a SIDA badge from the airport authority and maintain good standing to retain the badge. Failure to qualify for or maintain a SIDA badge will result in termination of employment.
