Requirements
- Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Academic qualifications:
- Level 2 or equivalent in 5 HKDSE NSS subjects, including English Language
- OR Pass in 5 HKCEE subjects, including English Language
- Minimum arm reach of 208 cm on tiptoe
- Pass a pre-employment medical assessment demonstrating physical fitness
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Ability to read and write Chinese
- Proficiency in one or more of the following Asian languages: Putonghua, Japanese, or Korean is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated teamwork skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong customer service ethos with a focus on exceeding passenger expectations
- Prior experience as Cabin Crew or within the hospitality industry is considered a distinct advantage
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and exhibit flexibility and adaptability
