Flight Attendant Position – Denver International Airport

Responsibilities:
The Flight Attendant plays a critical role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the flight. Key responsibilities include:
- Adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations and Frontier Airlines policies and procedures.
- Conducting pre-flight safety checks and emergency equipment inspections.
- Managing passenger boarding and deplaning, ensuring cabin safety and security.
- Providing clear and concise safety demonstrations and instructions.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns.
- Serving beverages and snacks, processing onboard sales transactions.
- Providing prompt and appropriate response to inflight emergencies and security concerns.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company uniform guidelines.
- Performing routine tasks such as galley preparation and supply management.
- Assisting passengers with special needs, including providing basic first aid and CPR.
Qualifications:
The following qualifications are required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum age of 20 years at the time of application.
- One to two years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and lifting, for extended periods.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and demands of the role.
- Compliance with all DOT, FAA, and Frontier Airlines drug and alcohol regulations.
Regarding Tattoos:
Visible tattoos are subject to restrictions based on their location and visibility during the performance of job duties. Makeup may be used to cover tattoos that would be briefly exposed during normal duties, but this must match the individual's skin tone and be applied conservatively. Tattoos on hands or above the collarbone are not permitted.
