Take Flight with Air Wisconsin: Flight Attendant Opportunity
Air Wisconsin Airlines, a regional airline operating as American Eagle, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Flight Attendants. Providing essential service throughout the Midwest and East Coast aboard CRJ-200 regional jets, Air Wisconsin is dedicated to ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for every traveler.
As a Flight Attendant, you will:
- Act as the sole safety and service professional onboard, attending to passenger needs and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Deliver world-class customer service while adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Proactively manage in-flight emergencies and security situations in accordance with established protocols.
- Effectively market and sell products during flights.
Crew bases are located in:
- Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD)
- Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE)
- Dayton International Airport (DAY)
Please note that flexibility is required as base assignments for newly hired Flight Attendants are not guaranteed.
To excel in this role, you possess:
- A minimum age of 19 years.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- A valid US Passport or a valid foreign passport with documentation permitting unrestricted international transit.
- One to two years of customer service experience.
- The ability to successfully complete:
- A 10-year, federally mandated background check.
- FBI fingerprinting.
- A pre-employment drug screening.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- The ability to transit across borders without restrictions.
- Strong adaptability and composure under pressure.
- A height no greater than 5'10" (70") without shoes and the ability to reach a minimum of 68" above the ground.
- The physical capacity to stand, stoop, bend, squat, twist, turn, push, pull, and lift up to 45 lbs.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication with Flight, Maintenance, and Cabin Crews.
- Availability to attend and successfully complete a three-week, unpaid training program.
- Schedule flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
