Job Overview
An exceptional opportunity exists for a highly skilled and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) to join a leading aviation operation. This full-time position involves demanding, high-volume Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations aboard a Challenger 300 aircraft, functioning as an integral member of a three-person flight crew. The role is based in Kennesaw, Georgia, and candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate to Georgia. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and an exceptional in-flight passenger experience during all flight operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient flight operations in strict adherence to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including Part 91 and Part 135.
- Provide an outstanding in-flight passenger experience, upholding superior standards of service, professionalism, and discretion.
- Operate effectively and collaboratively as a core member of a three-person flight crew on the Challenger 300.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems, performance, and emergency procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Possession of a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours of multi-engine land flight time.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
- A clean aviation record with no history of accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Georgia is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Challenger 300 type rating is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 200 hours of Challenger 300 time in type is preferred.
