A premier corporate flight department seeks a highly qualified and professional Pilot in Command (PIC) for a full-time, high-volume operation aboard a Challenger 300 business jet. This critical role involves extensive flying under both FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, demanding exceptional dedication to safety, efficiency, and delivering a superior passenger experience. The position is based in Kennesaw, Georgia, operating as part of an established three-person flight crew.
Key Responsibilities
The Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all assigned flights. The successful candidate will:
- Serve as the Pilot in Command on the Challenger 300, ensuring operational readiness and adherence to all flight schedules.
- Maintain stringent compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, specifically CFR Parts 91 and 135, and company standard operating procedures.
- Lead flight crew activities, promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, and decisive judgment.
- Ensure every passenger receives an outstanding level of service and an exceptional in-flight experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, security, and airmanship throughout all phases of flight.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for this high-demand aviation role:
- Must possess a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Must hold a current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- A current Challenger 300 (CL-30) Type Rating is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kennesaw, Georgia area.
- The applicant must demonstrate an impeccable flight record, free of any history of Accidents, Incidents, or FAA Enforcement Actions.
Required Flight Experience
Demonstrable experience must meet or exceed the following minimum hour requirements:
- Minimum Total Time: 3,500 Hours
- Minimum Multi-Engine Land Time: 2,000 Hours
- Minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 Hours
- Minimum Time in Type (Challenger 300): 200 Hours
