Pilot Instructor – FlightSafety International
FlightSafety International, the world’s premier provider of aviation training and simulation technology, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Instructor to join our team. We deliver training to commercial, government, and military organizations globally, operating the world’s largest fleet of advanced full-flight simulators. Purpose:
The Pilot Instructor will deliver exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction, adhering strictly to aviation regulations and FlightSafety’s established training principles. This pivotal role involves the development and execution of training programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive ground and simulator training for pilots participating in core, specialty, and enrichment courses.
- Develop and prepare high-quality training materials aligned with client requirements and applicable curricula.
- Evaluate trainee progress, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for qualification or further training.
- Maintain meticulous training records for each client, facilitating their successful achievement of training objectives.
- Proactively identify and address potential training issues, seeking appropriate support as needed.
- Maintain all required instructor qualifications in accordance with relevant regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Hold or have held a valid FAA/EASA ATPL license.
- Possess a minimum of 1,500 hours as a pilot of multi-pilot aircraft; or, for single-pilot aircraft types, a minimum of 1,500 hours in multi-pilot operations and 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on single-pilot aircraft.
- Excellent written and verbal fluency in English.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A €67,000 annual base salary.
