Competitive Compensation and Benefits:

The Flight Instructor role offers a salary range of $89,125.00 to $151,800.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Purpose of Position:

The Flight Instructor is responsible for delivering exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction to clients, adhering to all aviation regulations and FlightSafety Training principles.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This position requires the physical ability to operate simulator controls, including rudder pedals and anti-torque mechanisms. Instructors must be able to move comfortably within the simulator environment, including entering and exiting via a ramp. The role involves standing, walking, sitting, and potentially maneuvering within a simulator experiencing unusual attitudes. Excellent vision is essential, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, along with the ability to adjust focus. Lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds may be required.

The work environment may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, and outdoor weather conditions. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, extreme temperatures, electrical hazards, and vibration is possible.
