Pilot in Command - Falcon 7X

This position is for a Falcon 7X aircraft based in Racine, Wisconsin (RAC). This account operates with a three-pilot crew and is supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician, conducting both Part 91 and Part 135 international and domestic flights. Please note, this position is not commutable and requires residing within driving distance of RAC airport.
The Pilot in Command holds final responsibility for ensuring the aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. This role requires strict adherence to all company and regulatory requirements while consistently delivering an exceptional service experience to owners and passengers.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensures the Safe Operation of Flight:
- Ensures crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Completes flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks.
- Utilizes Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead briefings and mitigate operational risks.
- Complies with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and acts as the Ground Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator.
- Completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including verifying maintenance status, and records discrepancies according to SOPs.
- Ensures aircraft ground servicing (fueling, oil, oxygen) is monitored and accomplished per SOPs.
- Completes passenger briefings and meets special needs, delivering a high level of customer service.
- Utilizes Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) for effective communication during all operations.
- Delivers an Exceptional Service Experience:
- Provides quality service, identifies enhancement opportunities, and resolves service deviations.
- Collaborates with crew members and internal partners to ensure a consistent service experience, resolving conflicts professionally.
- Maintains Proficiency and Compliance:
- Maintains regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience.
- Complies with the company SMS program and reports safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels.
Certifications and Licenses:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
- First Class Medical Certificate
Years of Experience:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:
- Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred.
- FAA Type rating in applicable fleet required.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Minimum Flight Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
