Position Summary
Walmart Global Aviation is seeking a Captain for its Medium Range Praetor Fleet. The Aviation team is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and comfortable global travel for associates. Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, customer-focused travel experiences by anticipating and accommodating passenger needs, ensuring seamless journeys, and providing clear, timely communication.

Operate and prepare aircraft in strict compliance with all federal, state, local, and international regulations, as well as Walmart’s Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by building strong relationships across various operational teams.

Share knowledge, debrief on successes and opportunities, and champion operational discipline.

Leverage expertise to drive innovation and operational excellence, providing strategic insights and guidance to elevate team performance and deliver on business objectives.

Partner with key stakeholders to identify and implement business solutions, adapt to evolving priorities, and capitalize on opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
-
10 years of Corporate Aviation experience.

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License with Multi-Engine Land Rating and English proficiency endorsement.

Valid US passport.

FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Multiple Jet Type Ratings to include Praetor and/or Cessna 680.

Minimum 3500 Hours Total Flight Time.

Minimum 2000 Hours Pilot In Command (PIC).

Minimum 500 PIC Jet hours with experience in WGA Airframes: Praetor/Cessna 680+.
