Position Summary
Walmart Global Aviation is seeking a Captain for its Medium Range Praetor Fleet. The Aviation team is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and comfortable global travel for associates. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, customer-focused travel experiences by anticipating and accommodating passenger needs, ensuring seamless journeys, and providing clear, timely communication, especially during schedule changes.

Operate and prepare aircraft in strict compliance with all federal, state, local, and international regulations, as well as Walmart’s Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by building strong relationships across various operational teams.

Share knowledge, debrief on successes and opportunities, and champion operational discipline.

Leverage expertise to drive innovation and operational excellence, providing strategic insights and guidance to elevate team performance and achieve business objectives.

Partner with key stakeholders to identify and implement business solutions, adapt to evolving priorities, and capitalize on opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

10 years of Corporate Aviation experience.

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License with Multi-Engine Land Rating and English proficiency endorsement.

Valid US passport.

FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Multiple Jet Type Ratings to include Praetor and/or Cessna 680.
Minimum Flight Hours

3500 Hours Total Time.

2000 Hours Pilot In Command (PIC).

500 PIC Jet with Experience in WGA Airframes: Praetor/Cessna 680+.
Minimum Qualifications (Detailed)

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License with multi-engine land ratings and English proficiency endorsement.

Valid passport.

FAA first class medical certificate.

2,000 hours total flight time.

1,000 hours turbine time.
-
500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.

Type rating in jet aircraft.
Preferred Qualifications

1,000 hours jet time.

1,000 hours PIC.

10 years’ experience in corporate or military aviation.

3,500 hours total time.

One or more jet type ratings (preferably in aircraft currently operated).
